Some new IT/ITES Office space construction is in their final stage at Bhubaneswar. All these going to be operational in six to eight months time. Team-101Bhubaneswar brings you a detailed report.
1. DLF Cybercity, located in InfoCity area is at final stage of construction. The core building is almost ready and finishing setup (power backup, air conditioning, glass window fitting etc) going on these days.
2. Infosys is ready with its first building of new SEZ campus in Info-Valley area (new IT Park near NH 5, towards Khurdha). The first project team already moved to the new campus few weeks back.
3. TCS’s second SEZ building construction is at its final stage and located in InfoCity area. This is a replica of its first building which is fully occupied these days.
4. MindTree getting ready with its campus in the same InfoCity Area – near TCS campus. The construction is ON since a year or so and is accelerated these days. The campus is named “Mindtree Kalinga” with a sign board that says “Mind tree Is Growing Here”
5. Wipro’s InfoCity building construction was paused three-four years back during IT slowdown. The good news is – there is some fresh construction (finishing) activities seen in that building in last few weeks.
6. IDCO Tower 2010 is a Basement + Ground + 17 Floor construction and located in Mancheswar area. The construction is being done by Unity Infra and the core building is almost ready.
7. RKF Info services also coming up with its own new office space near InfoCity. Some commercial activities already started in the building with a bank branch and Barista coffee shop inside it.
